Arrow Rupavahini and ITN charged of contempt of court
Lanka-e-News learns that initiatives are underway to charge state owned Rupavahini and Independent Television Network (ITN) regarding contempt of court since the channels criticized the Supreme Court order to the Director of Traffic Police to remove all road blocks along Galle Road from Gall Face.

According to legal sources the Rupavahini and ITN TV channels have reportedly insulted the Supreme Court through two programmes aired yesterday (30).
