Demonstrating its commitment to add value to the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry in the country, Dialog Telekom, Sri Lanka\'s leading telecommunications service provider, has come forward to sponsor Infotel 2008 as the strategic partner- Communications and Broadband. Infotel 2008 is one of the biggest ICT showcases in Sri Lanka.
The week long ICT event commencing on the 27th of October, will bring together various segments of the IT industry including industry experts, professionals, academics and the user community on to a single platform.

The 10th International IT Conference (IITC) organized by the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC) and Cyber Security Week are other events that will be held as parallel events to Infotel 2008. e-Sri Lanka segment which is a new addition to the event, aims to create awareness among the general public to use more online services for their requirements.
